This Bar had an unusual Gold Duralon Ceiling which is notoriously difficult to work with.
The client was concerned that all the HVAC systems that had been proposed up to our assessment would look overbearing and spoil the interior appearance of this very pleasant bar. We reviwed the situation and came up with a solution that we thought might be approved by the client.
We suggested that if we were to recess the HVAC unit so that only part of the equipment could be seen the effect would overcome the problems.
The Client was very happy and impressed with the resulting installation.
In this second restaurant/bar project, using Daikin under Ceiling Cassettes we were able to hide the pipework/ducting and services into a Ceiling Void that was too shallow to accept a normal cassette System.
The result can be seen in the picture on the right.
The client was delighted, as other proposals would have led to a rather visible ducting system that would have spoilt the appearance of the ceiling area.
