Most modern Offices will have suspended ceilings where pipework and services can be hidden.  The photograph here shows a reception office in a modern office block, typical of our many installations.

If your offices do not have a suspended ceiling then there are many other solutions which we will be able to suggest.  In some cases we have been asked to make a feature of the ducting to the satisfaction of some very demanding clients.

The communications centre in the adjacent photo shows 2 Mitsubishi wall mounted split units to be used & the control panel:  Features Included -

• A 24-hour duty change over of the Mitsubishi units
• Monitor the units for fault signals and in the first instance activate a visual on the front panel and to initiate a change over if the duty unit is in alarm mode.
• Monitor the room temperature via a remote thermostat, and display a visual and audible alarm on the front panel and enable both units.
• The panel has an Off/Auto/Unit1/Unit2 selector switch, run and fault lamps for each unit,and a high temperature alarm lamp and audible alarm.
• The Control Panel has been designed and manufactured by CSGROUP™'s in-house panel specialist.

Because we are a Mitsubishi Electric accredited installer, CS Group™ are able to offer a 5 year warranty on the equipment we install once a maintenance contract had been signed.
