After being offered this prestigeous project, CS Group™ put together an air conditioning scheme that would incorporate fresh air plant. We determined after checking the various manufacturers systems that the preferred option would be to incorporate in the design Mitsubishi Electric plant because of the high efficiency of their inverter range.
With two floors and a comms room to cool/heat and provide fresh air we selected the PEAD ducted range to run with Lossnay fresh air plant for the banking hall, cashiers desks and meeting/board room. Wall mounted MSZ systems for the comms room. With a specialized control panel manufactured for the application
CS Group™ designed a system that had 100% back-up in the event of a system failure.
On the ground floor a PEAD-P100 and a PEAD-P140 were installed and ducted to circular diffusers that were mounted in the new double skinned plasterboard ceiling. Fresh air was ducted to the rear of the fan coils.
For the lower ground floor a twin system was installed into the meeting/board room. Two PEAD-P60’s to one PUHZ-P125 condenser. Because of the very low ceilings we ducted the fresh air to linear diffusers to the rear of the floor and extracted from the front again through linear diffusers. A heater battery was installed inline to ensure that the fresh air being provided would be tempered ( pre-heated ) insuring no cold air is pumped into the space during the winter months.
The communications room with it’s 100% backup was also installed in the lower ground floor.
Because of the unusual layout of the banking hall
CS Group™ worked closely with the main contractor to ensure the installation was completed on time and to the high standard that has become a trademark of our work.
Because we are a Mitsubishi Electric accredited installer,
CS Group™ were also able to offer a 5 year warranty on the equipment installed once a maintenance contract had been signed.
